1. Eligibility for Returns

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns on snus or nicotine-based products once they have been dispatched or opened.

However, we may accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

You received the wrong item
Your order arrived damaged or defective
Your order is missing items
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (subject to approval)

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once an order has been processed or shipped.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the item(s) and packaging
A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, you may receive a replacement or store credit instead.

6. Shipping Issues

SnusAU is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.

7. Age Requirement

All customers must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to purchase nicotine or tobacco-related products. We reserve the right to cancel orders if age requirements are not met.
